pkv4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Indonesian payment methods: Bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All payment methods must be registered in your legal name matching your pkv4d account.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 50.000 to Rp 100.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to payment provider limits. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50.000.000, with higher amounts processed in multiple transactions. Withdrawals require identity verification (KYC) to be completed. Standard processing time is 5-30 minutes during business hours (9:00 AM - 9:00 PM WIB, Monday-Sunday). VIP tier members enjoy priority processing.

pkv4d reserves the right to request additional documentation or impose additional verification steps for large withdrawals (exceeding Rp 10.000.000) or suspicious transaction patterns.
Deposits and withdrawals using third-party payment methods (accounts not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited. All funds deposited from third-party accounts will be returned to the source, and your account may be suspended pending investigation.
Bonuses and promotions are offered at pkv4d's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to players who have completed identity verification and made at least one successful deposit. Only one bonus can be active per account at any given time.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Standard wagering requirements are 30 times the bonus amount unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements:

Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and all funds forfeited.
All users must conduct themselves respectfully and within the bounds of fair play. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited: cheating, hacking, or exploiting software vulnerabilities, using automated betting systems or bots, colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage, engaging in arbitrage betting across platforms, and abusive, harassing, or offensive communication with staff or other players.
Sports betting settlements are based on official results from governing bodies. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be void unless otherwise stated in specific market rules. Live betting (in-play) odds and availability are subject to change based on match developments. pkv4d reserves the right to void bets placed after an event outcome is known or if there is evidence of insider information being used.

Malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a game disconnects mid-round, the outcome is determined by the RNG and will be credited/debited upon reconnection.

Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately. Decrease requests take effect immediately, but increase requests require a 72-hour cooling-off period. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed.

We may void bets in cases of obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds due to human or technical error), violation of these terms, or suspected fraudulent activity. In the event of obvious odds errors, bets will be settled at corrected odds or voided entirely.
In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, game results, or account issues, pkv4d's decision is final. All disputes must be submitted in writing to customer support within 14 days of the disputed transaction. Disputes submitted after 14 days will not be considered.
In no event shall pkv4d's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time the liability arose. pkv4d is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits or business opportunities.
pkv4d reserves the right to suspend or close any account immediately without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities, created duplicate accounts, or posed a risk to platform integrity. Suspended accounts will be investigated, and decisions will be communicated via email.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw all remaining funds (subject to wagering requirements if bonuses are active). Once closed, accounts cannot be reopened for a minimum period of 6 months.
If your account is closed for terms violations, pkv4d reserves the right to forfeit account balances associated with the violation. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to violations, any remaining verified funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 30 days.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulations applicable to the jurisdiction where pkv4d is licensed to operate. By using pkv4d services, you consent to the application of these laws.
Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of pkv4d services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the licensing jurisdiction. You irrevocably submit to such jurisdiction and waive any objections based on venue or inconvenient forum.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
